iI had odered one cyber shot camara in your company from online with order no: 10316358 dated:29.8.12.till date i have not received the camara.i had allready talk timtara call center on dated 17.9.12 tele talk your reprsentative Mr.Vasim Akram at 10.47 am they gave me assurance your product will be getting with in week at your end but product not received after one week agains i had talk with Anju at 11.38am on dated 25.9.12 they telling me your product is shown in shiping so you not received.i forword your complaint to H.O and also transfer to shiping division and you get a mail from our company till date i had not received any mail or any phone calls that time agains same story repeat from your(timara)person.
Dated: 28.9.12 i again call to your call center and that time i talk with Priya at 10.42am they could not gave a proper answer and call transfer to other person Parul at 10.45am than same call transfer to other person Pratik 10.56 am than Kapil 10.59am finaly all person not gave proper answer and put to in hanging position.

I requested to you after this mail reciving i want a favorable reply with in two days your side either your company cant fulfill comitment given by me so kindly refund my money
within two days other wise i go through legal department which please note.

i waithng your favorable reply and save your company image be a spoil.
