Sir, my name is subal das residing at teliamura, khowai tripura, Tripura. I am using one bsnl prepaid connection since from 2010 holding no=9436350233. Recently i got one sms from 12555 on 22.10.2012 at 05.58.46pm, the
Sms is Thank you for subscribing Bhavisyavani pack. Will be charged Rs20.00/month. To deactivate call 1255530, and again i receive another Sms from BV-ONMOBL on same date at 06.21.08pm as Thanks for subscribing Bhavisyavani pack. You are charged Rs.20.for 31 Day. To deactivate, call 1255599. Likewise bsnl charged from me Rs.40.00. Earlidr also i have received one sms on 28.09.2012 at 08.19.27pm like that Thank you……been charged Rs 1. Listen to Daily predictions call 12555392. For both the time i contact with customar care (bsnl) and they have promised me they will solve the same. But still no action has been taken by the bsnl. Now my complaint is that why bsnl a central govt undertaking co. Doing like froad things and if i am not activating any pack why such kind of packs are activeting on my mobile. For proof i have record the voiceclips with customar care conversation. Hope i wii get perfect solution from your end.
