Today i have visited the airtel gallery of Airtel at Borivali (W) for doing mobile portability of my Vodafone prepaid number to Airtel prepaid. first of all nobody had entertained for the same after huge strugle one of the executive has asked me to pay Rs.150/- and 2 copies of all documents without that he is not accepting the form as per their store policy whereas as per TRAI we have to pay only Rs.19/- for MNP. further after complaining to store manager she is not ready to listen our complain after several request she has also supporting his person and told us that its the policy of their store and they are not bother for company policy at all and she left. pls help for the same.
