I have purchase a mobile phone samsung SCH w279 dual CDMA and GSM almost 45 days before, day one gatting a problem my mobile phone (*) key or 3G network not working and i am asking this handset support 3g network or not if this phone 3g net work supported and not supported i want to written , that i went to samsung service center but first time my token no is 495 i am waiting 3 hours but my turn not came than i am going to my official work, day one day two finally 5 day 15 September i am summit my phone laxmi nagar authorize service center and loged a complaint, samsung service center executive toll my sir you can collect your hand set 17 September but my hand set not given to me, 18 sep, 19 sep, 20sep, 21 sep finally samsung service center repair my hand set, but i am asking for 3g network issue he tolled my sir 3g network supported, he want sir please give me 1 day than i will be give you in written, after 2 days i went to service center collect my hand set samsung service center manager brijesh mobile no 8800098066 he tolled my sir your hand set mother board board is bend, i tolled your executive complete checked my hand set than summit my hand set to repair and my last visit your service center why not tolled my sir you hand set mother board is bend if i am not asking for 3 g issue it is every thing ok , this not my fault this is your back and engineer fault, i am already asking samsung call center he tolled my this hand set 3g not supported, if you want Internet surfing your hand set GSM SIM not able to connect, only you can use CDMA OMH Sim this Sim able to Internet surfing but not 3g network, but my retail tolled my this is 3g supported hand set, my hand set clearly mention 3g, i am asking for samsung service center this phone 3g supported or not, samsung service center executive tolled please sir give me 2 day and i am asking for my technical department than i am tolled you clearly, i went samsung service center and search executive but he was not in office than another executive tolled me sir please give me 2 day…………… 4 oct a call coming me for samsung service center he tolled my sir your hand set is repair you can collect your hand set,
