Well this is the mail sent to Reward Port and THE MOBILE STORE with the Complain but still the company hardly bothers-
I Krishna Sharma had purchased a Black Berry 9220 Curve from The Mobile Store about 40 days prior expecting a “WOW” experience buying from professional and claimed as the largest mobile retailer. The point of buying you had a very exciting offer that was offered in which I may choose my gift and claim one as being a proud owner of BlackBerry device, but things went bad after the purchase.
The first 10 days I waited for my code to reach my mobile number which never came in, secondly I called up the Toll free number they promised to send the code on my mobile in 02 working days which again till today did not happen I waited almost a month now.
Today 26.10.12 I called your toll free number and I got to now that my code has been generated and is lying with them since a long time, well that’s lethargic, I took my code and tried entering in your portal were I could do just nothing as it doesn’t seem to be accepting the offer or submitting information.
Taking into consideration technical faults I called again to THE MOBILE STORE where I was informed that they were of no further help I need to contact the RewardPort for further assistance, well I didi that.
Its pretty strange people picking the call are so lousy with their work that they don’t bother when and what to speak and frankly talking they were of null assistance.
Fist time I called a lady told me that all lines are busy so can’t help and she took my contact details and hung up, second time I called it was gentleman who told me that sorry but the Customer executive is attending some or the other meeting so can’t take calls and the moment I was asked to hang up.
Now being a customer this is seriously a pathetic behavior of unprofessional people attending calls or should I say and TOM DICK or Harry receives customer calls which makes things annoying, I would recommend incase its out of your capability to serve such offers rather do not give it, or if you claim or promise thigs finish it off. Customers do not ask for offers but once offered should be fullfilled. My experience goes bad and I no longer think I should be wrecking my head on stuffs like that.
Well if you speak of word of mouth I am not gonna suggest THE MOBILE STORE-THE LARGEST MOBILE RETAILER to any one.
Incase you welcome suggestions please do work on it because a BRAND IS A CREATION OF PUBLIC not vice versa.
