i have bought a sylvania tablet from this site. it is not supporting any data storage device, thus practically is of no use.
i contacted their customer support many times, after many contacts they used to give me some new solutin every time, i tried them all, about 4 or 5 solutions. none of them worked. this is still going on, they’re not ready to replace the product. please llok into the matter earnestly.
