This complaint is against samsung, for a mobile phone i purchased on the 13/10/20102, the model name is -Samsung galaxy advance,19070, imei-353020050939272
The phone missed on a major information, according to the features on the box the phone has a 5MP camera, But it does not have any zoom. . the box does give sny info about the phone not having zoom , even the store i bought the phone did not know about the zoom, i came to know after buying the phone, i had to send a mail to the samsung website to get this info ,
the secong prblem is with the handset,
after making a call or anytime the phone would loose the network , i has to turn off and on the phone for it to work again ,but it would again start, then the battery would drain very fast, i kept for charging for at least 3 hrs but still after 1 hr i get a low battery signal ,
application were stopping automatically
the audio on the phone would fluctuate automatically , and all this problem started happening withing 3 days of purchasing the handset , i took it to a samsung store,ref no – 4140291917. i was informed by the reail store and samsung that the phone has a 7 days DOA policy, but the later i came to know its a 4 days DOA policy, the store got the handset fixed, but they refused to swap the handset as it was a software issue, i refused to take the handset as it gave problem within 3 days of purchasing the handset the store could not give a replacemant as their policy is not allowing
But the handset had a issue within 3 days of purchasing and it had to be fixed , so it means it was faulty, the phone cost was around RS 19000.i bought the phone from a retail store called magnet PVT LTD. i dont want a handset that had to be fixed within 3 days of puchasing , i even told them i would pay extra to get a new phone but they denied. please help me
