i have purchased one resham work suit from Fashion and You site against ordr no 2358520 on dated 8 sep 2012 and i received that product on 18th sep 2012, bt the product which we received is not matching with the product which they r showing on d website. They have mentioned that the suit is stitched bt it was unstiched and when i give it to boutique they are saying this is a defected piece, it will not stich in suit shape its a lehnga shape, and the cost of this suit is Rs. 3100.00 and when i complaint in fashion and you they were saying our return policy is only for 3 day nw we will not retun this product. So i request you to please arrange to return this product and i want my money back.

    hi..
    Yess i received a call from your team and the parcel is ready with us but no body came to collect it yet.
    And because of this shipment i was very disturb in past days and i called on you customer care no so many times bt nobody was listening to me. I was harassed mentally by your team. So i want my compensation for my harassment and my telephone expense.
