In warranty but still asking 14000

Name of company/service: HTC Corp.

Dear Sir/Mam

I am student age 20 i bought A htc phone for 34000 the device covered in 1 year warranty and 1 year not passed yet.

My handset touch screen was suddenly start not working so I sent my device to service station after diagnosis they said the warranty is void it will taka 14000 thousand

this is not justified think what can i do now?
