I purchased the Hotel ETC membership on 24th March 2012. And was committed for a Free package for 3nights and 4 days to CHAIL PALACE (Chail – India).

But i was false committed and was not given any free package with the membership. And the membership is of no use.

I have been following up multiple times with the customer care people and the Program manager (Tanuja Khanna), The marketing team (Ashok), The customer care members (Preeti Khanna, Preeti Sharma) and have called them for more than 50 Times now.

It’s been the worst ever experience i ever had.

I was always given XYZ excuses, and never got a call back after multiple follow up’s.

My Money is stuck and is not refunded till now.

I was committed that if HOTEL ETC will not be able to provide me the free package to CHAIL PALACE, then my Membership fees will be refunded at the same time.

beware of Hotel ETC.. Complete Fraud!!
