harrassment by company (tata docomo)

Respected Sir,

Around 1 year back i had bought a connection 8981094865 from tata docomo.

Usually i was getting bills around Rs700 to 800 .after using connection for few months i started getting bills of Rs1200, then i decided to live the connection and i ask tata for number portability.

I had been ask to pay the bill along with the unbilled amount as well .hence i paid rs2100 ie(billed+unbilled amount)and i am not expecting anymore bills.

but later on again i receive a bill around Rs900.It means tata docomo charge me for Rs1800 for the last bill, which is quite impossible as per my usage.

I said clearly to the company that I am not going to make any payment further because I had been charge wrong, they ask me to show where i had been charged wrong.

I told them that i use to receive calls from many numbers and it is not possible for me to check each and every details but what i can say is that last bill is showing something which can’t happen and i clearly told them that i am not going to pay further as i paid enough.

but tata docomo made a complaint o vodafone and got my services barred as a result i had to leave that number.

Even now company is harassing me by making calls several times and sending me notice.

Even now i got a call from 9038660592 hence i am bound to make this complain.

Please take necessary action against this company and help me.
