Direct Flights rescheduled multiple times

Name of company/service: Jet Airways

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that Me and my husband(Himanshu Bisht) booked tickets separately form Hyderabad to Goa and return from Cleartrip for Jet Airways flights on 30-Jul. The to and fro journey both flights were direct flights.
Details:
Date of Journeys were 28-Sep and 03 Oct.
Nimisha Shrivastava
Hyd to Goa – S2-3709 (PNR – GBZWED)
Goa to Hyd – S2-3710 (PNR – GBZBAD)

Himanshu Bisht
Hyd to Goa – S2-3709 (PNR – JXVVJD)
Goa to Hyd – S2-3710 (PNR – GXZKYX)

The journery time was approx 1.5 hrs for both to and fro journey.
The total ticket fare for both the tickets was Rs.5947+ Rs.5947 = Rs.1194

However, on 13 Aug, we got a message from JetAirways that our 28-Sep flight was cancelled and they had booked it on 2 connecting flights-> Hyd to Mumbai and then Mumbai to Goa making the total journey time to about 4-4.5 hrs due to which we had to take leaves form office and reschedule our travel plans as the flights were early in the day.

Next we got another message that the return flight on 3-Oct was also cancelled and we were booked on 2 connecting flight from Goa->Mumbai and then Mumbai->Hyd. Th total journey time was coming out to be again 4-4.5 hours due to which we had to again reschedule our journey plans and we were in constant confusion.

We decided to call their call centre d get the correct time of all the flights.
At that time we got the correct details of the ‘to’ flight but they said that for the return flight,
Goa->Mumbai was cancelled and our booking was still there form MUmbai->Hyd. In case we needed to book another flight, we would need to pay the difference.

So, we went directly to the airport and asked for the return flight details.
At that time they told me, that somone had fiddled with my booking and I was booked a return ticket on 7th Oct to Hyd and HImanshu was booked on 3rd Oct and if I wanted a booking on same flight, I need to pay the difference.

After a lot of fighting, they gave me the booking on 3rd Oct on the same flight as my husband.

But on the returning date, 03rd Oct, when we called them, they mentioned our flight form Goa->Mumbai was at 2:40pm.

Since our previous experience was not good, we again called them and at that time, they told us that our connecting flight was again changed from Goa->Bangalore->Chennai and then from Chennai->Hyd making the total journey over 8 hrs.

We felt very cheated form Jet Airways and were troubled a lot by their rescheduling.
We are filing this complaint because many people are facing similar issues in their service and are getting troubled.

Request you to please look into this and
provide proper justice/remuneration for the mental harassment Jet Airways has caused to us.
