Name of company/service: reliance communication

I am a customer of reliance communication .I am being charged with value added services daily.
in-spite of instructions, they subscribe my number daily with unwanted, undesired services. i have lodged a complaint with reliance communication a week ago, through e-mail, to which i have not received any response from company. in a span of a month i have been charged 15 times
