Complaints for not rectifying the problem

I have registered complaints against the company twice but the company returned my Computer Motherboard without rectifying the problem. My complaints reference ID are: GBTBOR120000179DW and GBTBOR120000199DW.
I want my money back or new computer motherboard from the company.
