Complaint about the deception by Amey Worldwide Services Pvt. Ltd., Suite 416/417, Sohrab Hall, 21, Sassoon Road, Pune 410001, India.

I would humbly request your kind attention to my case. I am a trained Post Graduate teacher. I was working with a higher secondary school in Indore
(Madhya Pradesh). When I was on my vacation in Kerala in 2008, I got to know about Canada Immigration from a popular newspaper. I was offered immigration to Canada by Amey Worldwide (International) Services Pvt. Ltd.

I have registered with the company and proceeded with the formalities. The details of the charges that I have paid in favour of the company are listed below.

1. Registration charge in favour of Amey Worldwide International Pvt. Ltd. Indian Rupees 30000/- D.D. No.444181 dated 05-11-2008 from Bank of Baroda, Vijaynagar Br.Indore (M.P.)

2. Commission charge in favour of Amey Worldwide International Associates INC U.S. Dollar 1000/-D.D. No.190517 dated 15-12-2008 from Bank Of Baroda, Industrial Estate Br.Indore (M.P)

3. Visa processing fee in favour of Amey Worldwide International Pvt. Ltd.Indian Rupees 73650/- equivalent to U.S. Dollar 1500/-D.D. No.282779 dated 13-05-2009 from State Bank of Travancore, Thrickodithanam, Changanacherry, Kerala

I was misled by the company that there are much opportunities for secondary school teachers keeping the fact hidden that the code no. 4141 for the secondary school teachers had already been excluded from the list renewed by the Canadian Highcommission.
The code number they have filled in the application form was 4131 which is for
college teachers and vocational instructors.My file number was B 054999420.
Hence my application was rejected by the High Commission and the amount I have spent was in vain.
