mifeelings ded mobile balance

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Sir

This is Sree reddy and my mobile no is 8904559154 Tata Docomo service. Mifeelings deducted Rs.7 without my consent. who gave them right to deduct my balance without my permission.

i want u to look into the matter seriously or i will sue to consumer court.
