Threatening Calls

Name of company/service: Airtel

I was using a airtel no,for which the bill was wrongly charged but after several complaints ,the issue was not resolved so i had not made the payments.For few days the airtel persons used to call to my parents ,relatives & harass them but now it has gone to such extent that someone named Hemant from Delhi police with no 9911633938 call & says that there is a FIR lodged on my name at Delhi Police station …& starts abusing my family & me in a very abusive langauge…So i would like to request to pls take some strict action against this person…since already there are other complaints pending on this no…also airtel does not have the rights to give our personal details to any person…so pls consider this & take some proper action.
