This is regarding the harassment and abuse that I and my family facing since last 2 months. The ICICI bank is the worst banking organisation that I have seen in this country. In this incidence a credit card account was created some 8-10 years back on the name of my Sister-in-law and some purchases done. Now my sister-in-law shifted to US some 2 years back after clearing all the accounts from India. At that time ICICI officials were sleeping(its possible that they were called by the queen of Alice in wonderland) and dint came up with the issue with the credit card. Now after like 7 years(since the queen released them from their sleeping prison) they are calling me and my family and harassing them with abusive language just to recover the amount which we haven’t used.
We are getting 100-150 calls daily from Mr. Ankit and Mr. Mayur Parmar from ICICI bank Andheri MIDC branch, Mumbai from the following No.

We are getting 100-150 calls from each no. talking abusive and continuously calling cos of which we are not able to make or attend our calls. So this is the way ICICI gets yearly award for the best customer care service. In my family my mother is getting 100 calls daily(she is a Heart patient and just gone through an open heart surgery). This is how ICICI bank gets best customer care awards.
