Refund of Skoda booking amount

Name of company/service: Vinayak Car Pvt Ltd

Hi,

I have done a payment of rupees 50000/- through my debit card to Vinayak Skoda Car Pvt Ltd, Sheshadri Road, Bangalore on 6th of September 2012.

I had applied for loan through Vinayak Skoda – Skoda Finance itself. My loan was denied and hence I put in a request for the refund of my booking amount on 17th of Sep.

I am following up regularly with them only to get excuses stating they will issue me a cheque today tomorrow and so on.

I have called them multiple times and have also visited the office few times. I am not getting a proper response and doesn’t seem like with get a refund anytime near soon.

Please advice as to how I can get my refund for the booking amount
