Customer care & Dealer not receiving my call – Purchased one Idea 3G Netsetter but not activated even after 5 days.

Hi,

I am sarika powar, and i have [urchsed one 3G net setter from ur Connect india and i sware its my worst experience of online shopping. That delivery boy deliverred the data card on thursday 27th September 2012. I am calling that Idea office from last friday and the ynever received my call. I called the mobile number which was given by that delivery boy but nobody is picking up that call also. I am really very frustrated with this Data card.

I went to Idea care office but they need 10 digit sim card number but that delivery boy has not given to me.

so please ask that Idea office to get back that card. I really dont want it if the customer care service is like this.
