Tikona not providing proper service and gives threatening call

1,Called many time to customer care toll free no. and asked for the senior to respond my call but did not responded nor replied by return back call

2,Jun 18, 2012 at 10:52 PM – mail sent regarding browsing issue with attachment – Subject – Problem facing while browsing Internet from last 2 months

3,Jun 21, 2012 at 11:38 AM – mail for not responding the mail sent on June 18 – Subject – Problem facing while browsing Internet from last 2 months

4,Jun 27, 2012 at 6:10 PM – mail to Ravindra Shukla but did not replied or responded with attachment

5,July 8 Shilpa Bhagat from technical team, committed on phone not to worry about the payment of 2 months as I had not used the service properly and the dues will be waived off. And also tried to convince me to carry on the service.

6,July 10, 2012 10:19 AM – mail to Shilpa Bhagat on customer care mail ID with attachment

7,Engineer was assigned at my residence on July 11 to replace the cable but issue did not get solved

8,Jul 13, 2012 – Saraswathi P. replied saying try to resolve the issue but no one called up or follow-up regarding the call

9,July 14, 2012 11:24 AM – Mail was sent to thanking for responding the mail but no engineer arrived to resolve the issue

10,Jul 21, 2012 at 8:22 PM – 1-2393004879 – Docket ID was generated but no engineer arrived mail from Jaydeep J.

11,July 24, 2012 4:02 PM – Request to remove the connection mail sent
12,August 2 – Reply to remove the connection mail was received by Komag Wadekar

13,After Shilpa Bhagat Call I had received many call regarding payment of my dues but as committed by Shilpa I did not made my payments due to browsing issue.

14,September 8 2012 – Threatening call from – Taran Chaudhary from Tis Hazari Court, Delhi case no. 09/2012 in morning at 9.50 AM regarding if payment not done I need to pay fine of 30,000 RS.

15,September 8 2012 – Payment was done of RS. 1990.93

16,September 24 – Mail received as bill was being generated again being mail sent for disconnection and above all I had already not being using your service since 3 Months.

17,September 29, 2012 10:37 AM – Again mail was sent regarding disconnection as I had received mail regarding the payment.

18,October 2, 2012 – Call received regarding payment. Lady again wanted to convince me to continue the service. How can you expect the customer will continue the service where Service Provider gives a threatening call and late response via mail and late response of engineers, no reply from any senior person from Tikona
