Non delivery of ubislate order in december 2011

I had ordered the ubislate tablet in december 2011. In april 2012 they sent a mail to make prepayment for ubislate and I dispatched a cheque of rs. 2999/- Which got cleared from my account on april 2012. But till today I haven’t received and tablet nor a information regarding the same.I have been constanly calling them but all in vain.
