Location/place: Bangalore
Name of company/service: MeruCabs
While booking merucabs online via merucabs.com today (May 2, 2012), the page did not open for 40-45 min. On calling meru cabs, the customer care executive confirmed that the website is facing some issue and will be rectified only by noon the day after. And informed me that i cab book cab over the call, for which they will charge me 50 Rs. which i already know. But is it logical that customer pays 50 rs. if merucabs has a website issue? It is a problem with Meru cabs website, they should be wave 50 rs charge till they fix their website.
If there is some one in Merucabs studied till 10th or +2, please find a logical/analytical solution to these fraud schemes of charging money from customers when your website is down.
I request merucabs to not reply to this complaint by saying “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you” and do something about your service and standard which you claim is best.
