This is regarding my LIC Policy no. 254257021 branch-255, model town, ghaziabad. I have been surrender my policy in December- 2011 but till date today I did not get my money after deduction. Where as I have been submitted related document with them.
I want to lodge Consumer complaint because this policy was on market risk and I was unable to pay Rs. 10,000 third premium because of which they deducted some amount. As I surrender my policy I want drawn Interest for the delay of the payment.
Because I also pay palenty on the late submission of premium, same rule also follow on them.
