Myself Krunal Prajapati , I went to Pizza hut on 1/10/2012 during night time at Alpha one mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad for dinner.
Actually I got a bill of 761rs which contains 494rs for particular ingredients. After it they had put extra VAT charges+WHM/CC charges+Service charges. (761rs-494rs=”267rs”).
VAT charges are completely fine as govt rule is there we must pay it. But when we asked about other charges they did not response correctly.
If govt charges are already there how can they take service charges + WHM (some child fund)charges without customer’s interest.
If you want I can forward you a soft copy of my bill so you can get through it.
I hope you will do something regarding this soon. Waiting for your kind reply with correct information.
