I purchased a Acer Laptop model Aspire 4755 ten months ago. After that it’s keyword stopped working, some keys were not working. I booked a complaint dated 14th September, 2012 – complaint number – 091412-461. They asked me to bring it at service center and 7 to 10 days to fix problem.
Today on dated 1st October, 2012, after 15 days i got my laptop without repair. Now not any key is working, with additional problem. The reason they told, that this model’s keyboard is not available in India. If i want to fix this problem, i need to buy from USA or other countries.
Can i complain it in consumer forum ????
