I dropped a Honda Activa with consignment no. Y069294-1, on 27-Sep-2012, at Navata Road Transport, Bangalore(Bommanahalli) and i was informed that it would be delivered in 2 days but It has been more than 5 days and they didn’t even dispatch the consignment. I have not been even informed about the delay.
And I was misled by being said it was in transit.
I would like to put it to consumer forum so that such an irresponsible act would not be repeated.
