I HAVE PURCHASE MOTOROLA XT800 FROM KUBER COLLECTION IN BORIVALI ON 19/07/2012.BUT AFTER 1 MONTH THERE IS LOTS OF PROBLEM ARISING IN MOBILE HANDSETS . 0N 6/09/2012 MY MOBILE WAS TOTALLY DEAD . THEN I WOULD GAVE THIS MOBILE TO MOTOROLA SERVICE STATION ( REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED -BORIVALI WEST TEL-9223197111,02232244043)TO SOLVE MY MOBILE PROBLEM ON 07/09/2012.THEY WILL ACCEPT MY MOBILE N GIVE ME WORK ORDER NO FL/MO/12/00464.ALSO THEY ARE TELL ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 1 WEEK TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM . AFETER CONTINIOUS FALLUP TILL DAY I DONT RECIVED MY MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTRE . THEY WILL ASK FOR ANOTHER 15 DAYS .
SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MOBILE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. IF THEY DONT HAVE PARTS THEN I WANT FULL REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE ( NEW MOBILE ). ALSO SERVICE CENTRE GUYS ARE NOT CO-OPERATIVE . WHETHER I WANT TO KNOW THAT MOTOROLA SERVICE IS THAT MUCH BAD .
IF I DONT GATE MOBILE IN 2DAYS THEN I WILL PUBLISHED MY MOTOROLA EXPERIENCE STORY IN FACEBOOK & TIWTTER.
