I purchased a 32 inch LCD TV from Samsung in Feb 2011. Wihin 15 Months the TV had some issues which was infrequent initially and we ignored it considering it as Cable
fault etc. Lately (Sept. 2012) the TV started to black out after 30-45 Minutes so we called the service engineer from Samsung.
The Service Engineer after inspection told us that the TV screen has to be replaced and it will cost 14-15 K approx. with 1 month warranty on the replaced part. We
paid the visiting charges but did not decide on investing 15K again. This has come to us as great shock to us and we lost 28000/- from a TV.
Buyers may consider my experience before taking a decision on buying Samsung TV.
