We are a registered RWA of the plot owners in Omaxe NRI City located in Greater Noida, U.P., INDIA.

The NRI City plots and asscociated group housing I & II, Greater NOIDA project was launched in 2003 with claims by its developer (Omaxe) that it’ ll be an integrated mini-township, have a world-class ambience, top of the line benefits, clean pollution free environment, Club and visuals showing greenery / waterbodies. After over five years, the residents are still waiting anxiously.
Completion of the project on schedule integrated with the magnificient infrastructure of Greater NOIDA is eagerly awaited by the residents(before Greater-NOIDA’s deadline 30-Sep-2008). The residents expect that Omaxe will redress/compensate the shortfalls/grievances of the residents.

The immediate concerns of the residents are with respect to site-maintenance & security being provided by Omaxe, delay in completion of formalities by Omaxe so that the residents can take Electric / Water / Sewer connections, inflated electricity bills, delay in completion of the Club and lack of control by the site-management agency to control the haphazard construction material dumping.

Residents have taken the initiative to come together and form a RWA with a General Body, Executive Council, Memoradum of Association (MoA) & Bye-Laws for the Resident’s Welfare and the NRI CITY (DEVELOPMENT) RESIDENTS WELFARE ASSOCIATION (NCDRWA).
