dear sir,
i had order(no 722613435) for my self headset QHM 889(rs 275) on 12th september…i got my delivery on 16th august…i was a wrong delivery. it was QHM(rs 230)…i made a complain no the same date….i was suppose to gift it to some on 19th september…i called the snapdeal person and he said it would take around 10 more to replace…
looking forward for you help…
i just want to know why should i bear this inconvenience and want they be penalished for this inconvenience..
please sir take some appropriate action..
