Delievered a poor quality product which was returned and refund has not be issued till date.

I have bought a product from the site www.yourdesignerwear.com which is owned by
Peripleko Infosoft, their address is: 312, Sahajanand Arcade,132 Feet Ring Road,Manav Mandir Char Rasta, Memnagar,Ahmedabad,
Gujarat,India – 380052

The product was of bad quality and i sent it back for replacement, which was again delayed. Therefore i asked them to refund my money and they agreed to it. Now it has been more than 2 weeks that they have not responded to me. I have sent several reminders to them.
