disconnection and charging money

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

We have taken TATA DOCOMO internet connection from TATA DOCOMO Outlet OP Road, Vadodara,Gujarat and after that they took 7 days to activate the connection, very rough and rude behavior, and we requested from the beginning for unlimited package of 1000 Rs. charge per month but after 15 days the connection was disconnected and when we visited the outlet they keep on denying and told us to pay 800 Rs and said that the plan is not unlimited and in their system its written 450 rental plan of 2GB. Then we have paid 800 and gave request for plan change but again after 27 hours they disconnected the connection and we received an sms that we have exceed the range and we need to pay Rs. 4,348 then we can use internet else not.
Want resolution for this as we have already requested for unlimited package which include 6 GB download at full speed and then speed will decrease which will cost every month 850 around after discount, but they are saying its not there fault and we need to pay.We are not ready to pay as its their mistake and we have visited this outlet for 13 times and got no response also we have taken the connection 25th of August 2012, not even completed 1 month.
Please give a solution for this.
