Name of company/service: SNAP DEAL
I had ordered a Micromax Ninja-3 A57 Black on 02/09/2012. Till date the material is not recd by me. I’e already made the payment of Rs 4990 via Credit card on 02/09/2012. According to Snap Deal the material has been dispatched on 08/09/2012 vide first flight courier with tracking no O20310966. According to the net tracking the material has reached Kumbakonam instead of Kumarapatnam. Frequent follow up with Snap deal has gone vain. This is the third incidence with Snapdeal and First Flight courier where-in I have not recd my material in time.
Please guide me in claiming the compensation and the material from these online malls and the courier companies.
