Name of company/service: MTS

I am from Haryana but now studying in Maharaja College, Jaipur. I have been recharged of Rs 647 on 6/09/2012 in my MTS prepaid Data Card from MTS service Center near Subhash Chowk .The customer care representative tell me the recharge plan.he said that u will get 4 GB net & free Social media in Rs 647. But on 13/09/2012, My recharge has been finished. Then i contact customer care, one of representative said that only 2 GB net is provided in this pack.Please tell me What can i do ????

    Hello,

    Soon they will tell that your dealer gave a wrong info. These MTS people are cheats. Please don’t spend more money on them. I have been robbed 3k by these cheats and it’s better to change your service to other telecom provider and forget this episode as a nightmare.

    Later you shouldn’t regret as these people will try any means to extract more money.
