I have booked ubislate7+ tablet in jan-12, accepting prioritized delivery in march-12 I send advance cheque of rs. 2999=00 to company in jan-12. After many many time(7-months) I received my ubislate7+ tablet with sr. No-p314120370187800 on dt. 28.06.2012. Due to problem in booting of tablet I raised complain to customer care with complain no-128368 dt. 06.07.12. Regarding to this complain reprogramming link send by company through mail. But after reprogramming tablet not starting. As per instruction given by customer care I send my tablet to datawind ltd. On dt. 31.07.2012. After many days I received new tablet with sr. No-p314120350191515 on dt.01.09.12 replacement to faulty tablet by datawind ltd. But in new tablet I found vertical colour line at many places on display, so contacting to customer care says again return back tablet for repairing at datawind ltd at your own cost.
It is very bad to deliver poor quality product to customer , now I am want to replace new tablet at company courier cost or refund money to me for delivering bad quality product. Company not agree to refund me for my defective tablet. Also supplied tablet is not as per specification at time of booking I.E. No android-2.3, no 2xusb, processor arm-v7 instead of cortex-a8, 175mb ram instead of 256mb, 1.3gb internal memory instead of 2gb etc..
please guide for legal action through consumer court for delivering bad quality product and not giving product timely and supply product not as per specification.
Please do quick necessary action regarding in this matter.
