Name of company/service: Aasaan retail Pvt Ltd https://www.royalimages.in/

I have done a purchase from https://www.royalimages.in/ Ms Aasaan retail pvt Ltd Chennai. I have returned the product to them the same day. They have received it but they are not returning my money back.My Order Number – 209089 amount of Rs: 2490 INR.
It has been over a month and the amount has not been credited in my account. Each time I call to the customer service they always make excuses for the same.

    I HAVE ORDERD A MOBILE INTEX AUUA 2 THROUGH INDUSLAND BANK CRDIT CARD ON EMI BASIS FROM AASAAN RETAIL PRIVATE L.T.D MADRAS VIDE MY ORDER NO 510066128 ON 25/05/2015.RS.4686,BUT TILL DO-DATE I HAVE NOT RECIVED THE ITEM, AND I WAS WRITTEN TO THEM TO CANCELL MY ORDER AND MADE COMPLAINT TO CUSTMER CARE AND THEY MAKE ALWAYS EXCUSES . KINDLY REQUESTED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

    I have file consumer complaint against District consumer Forum against Aasaan Retail pvt Ltd forum award 10000+3000 rupees Now I have file Appeal before state commission at Nashik circuit bench enhancement of compensation amount 6 Lakh
