released offer and not given joining

Name of company/service: iNetframe technologies

iNetFrame technologies is the fraud comapny. They had given me offer letter to join and work in oracle twice. I resigned from my previos company. Last week of my notice period they told oracle extended the joining date and told to withdraw my resignation. But i did not withdrawn. Now i am jobless because of inetframe. Please help me out of here. And do hard things with these types of companies so in future comapnies will never do this again with others.
