Plan change request not consider timely

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Dear Sir,

I want complaint against reliance communication regarding change my plan as per my request again and again and now they are charging me wrongly as per old plan and i have also request no which was given by reliance representative, but still no action against my complain, and i really disappoint from reliance services.
