internet speed not good

my idea cellular mob number is 9992746354.
i purchased this connection for internet (3G) & recharged with Rs. 955. As per company this will provide us the speed upto 21 mbps for first 6GB. but the speed is near by 10kbps. this speed is not satisfactory. the reason which got from retailer shop that the tower for idea 3g is not working in our area by last 1 month (before it was working). The tower address : village – tatarpur, post office tatarpur, near manesar gurgaon.

please solve this problem ASAP. else I will request to my villagers & all in relation to change the connection from idea to another company. because i am fed with this idea company.

I also want to say to gov. to do something in this area. And pls remove the upto tag before the internet speed. it should be fixed.
