Not received IT return for the assessment year 2011-12

Dear Team,
I have filed income tax return for the assessment year 2011-12 and submitted on 24th MAY’12 at I.T.O. Wd 3(1) siliguri,W.B. My return amt is Rs 1744.00. My pan no is AJLPD2455N. Till date I have not received the due amount. The laziness of government employees is also costing government as interest on the due amount. Kindly look into the matter and get my money refunded.
