I want to withdrawal this policy so I went to submit the document on 6/09/12 to the BWN office at Lakshmipur math but the office was not there and came to know that it had been closed or shifted 2/3 months before . I was visited earlier there and deposited the derbenture amt of Rs – 1000.00 to an AGENT Mr. Kartik Mondal (code – A/336, Mobile – 973421178, add – Kanchannagar, Udaypally, Burdwan) and collect the policy certificate from the office also. I also went to Mr Mandol’s address but came to know that has left his home, now I’m unable to contact with him.

Please shows me the forward path how I will submit the document and get my money back.
