The agency is not making home delivery after one month from the date of booking hence we are forced to visit to the agency office for gas bottle. last time they have supplied underweight bottle on 21st march, 2012. I visited the office to register my complain but the behavior from the staff was so rude and did not co operated at all. Pls. help
