Wrong biling charges

Location/place: NEW DELHI

Name of company/service: Reliance

Hi,
This is to inform you that reliance web server is not working for last 5 months due to this we are unable to check our data usage.But as per my data usage i didn’t use more than 34 mb after(free 5gbday+5gb night).But reliance is charging 2300 to pay.I have the screen shot on date 27th Aug,2012 to proov this.
