Got Faulty Samsung Mobile Handset

Hi,

I have visited service center twice
I am facing the Dark Black Patches patches and over heat problem on Samsung Galaxy S3 display pretty disappointing and upset, as I had spent good amount to purchase this brand new handset which is around 36,000/-. I am not satisfied with the display though, the Dark Black Patches patches on the MIDDLE are annoying me. I am worried about the future performance of this handset display as this is the very first time I am using the Samsung brand and I am loosing my trust on Samsung I have purchased it by spending my partial salary and lending some amount from my colleagues but the bad thing here is the amount I have spent on the handset unfortunately I am not happy with the results the display is not coming up to the mark and not coming as per my expectations in terms of that Dark Black Patches patches I really did not expect this with the BRAND name like Samsung . I purchased the handset with the service DEALER, the IMEI number of my handset 353719051745519 Please reply what should I do ? 🙁 I need my money back or refund please process it as soon as possible SIR it’s a Complete Harassment for the customer I am not a Business man a simple employee with the LIMITED pocket with which he has to serve his family there no one else who can earn apart from me so I really do not want to waste my money like this. PLEASE REVERT.
