I gave the owner of mayur auto and sales token amount of Rs.10000/- for buying a second hand car (Zen Estiligo) which was of an high court judge and has run only 150000 km befor seeing the car because he was known to one of my colleagues. On viewing the car we found in a miserable condition all scorched and dented so refused for the deal and asked for the return of money. Harisids M.Patel(Mayur auto and Sales person) flatly refused to return so we gave him the notice to which he didnot reply! Now since there is no other way out I see for the justice in the democratic country of ours I would like to file a complaint against him for not returning my hard earned mony.Attaching the copy of notice sent to the broker.
