My name is Vipin and last year in Nov.2011, i bought the sony ericsson xperia-st18i for Rs- 18,700. It worked well till March but in April it started hanging. Its screen goes blank and it has to be switched off for retriving the screen. I gave it to sony care in Hisar in May and they assured me that i will get in
in 10-15 days. But i didn’t got the phone. I have given 3-4 times in care for over a period of 3-4 months but it has been repaired many times but still the problem persists. Still now it is in care from 19 July 2012. They are assuring from 20-25 days that i will get my phone soon but i have lost my faith in them. They have mentally and financially harassed me. Please help me!!
