wrong deduction of money

Dear Sir,

I am Mrs. Sujata Das. I am using Aircel Sim Card for my cell no.- 9716643849. I bought free sms Aircel pack on 18/08/12 & i have 19 sms left. Today morning, on 28/08/12 when i sent an sms to the cell no.-9920196591, Aircel deducted Rs 5/- from my talktime account. They are blaming me that i made an International sms which is absolutely false accuse. I am demanding them to refund Rs 5/ in my talk time account which they are denying. It may be very meagre amount for a single person but when at large, they are cheating with thousands of people, it is a big amount.

Kindly take appropriate step.
