Sir I have booked a parcel from jalandhar for faridabad on 11.08.12 at prime track,trackon couriers pvt. Ltd., From dilkushan market, jalandhar office.Consignment no. 1476210. In the parcel there is one ladies suit, one ladies kurti, one wrist watch, one football kit complete. The total value of these products was rs. 6000/-.The parcel was not delivered yet to the specified address. But in the internet it was shown delivered. I call the concerned person at faridabad. He says the boy who deliveres the courier was on leave due to eid festival.After five days mr. Rana with the courier boy went to the address given by me at faridabad and says that I was delivered the courier to the wrong address. But he says I was not remembered the proper address where I delivered the courier.As per my opinion the courier boy kept the parcel himself.Please take the appropriate action.I booked the courier through the prime track for the faster delivery and I paid rs.225/- For that parcel.
