Refund for disconnection

Hi,
I have asked for disconnection of my id 3003911172 on 28-05-2012. Till date this has not been done yet. Earlier in July they have misused my connection.
This connection is active and provided to another user “Srinivas Raj”! Though technical team has collected the equipment from my house for disconnection. There is a misuse of my connection without my knowledge. If you check the mobile(91- 9177907316 ) attached now with this customer id (3003911172) is of airtel executive Keshav. And I feel he has sold my connection to others and hence I am not getting my refund back.
Kindly escalate this matter and take necessary action and get my refund immediately. Even today the amount which is present in my online screen is INR 860. Kindly take this matter at a senior level and arrest this fraud without delay. Though I have forgot to take CPE receipt as I was not aware of the process, should not affect my refund and misusage of the same without my consent. I have been using airtel and have high regards so kindly ensure this fraud is arrested and necessary inquiry is done to take action on those involved. Now they have updated back to my name and number. But still this refund is not processed after repetitive reminders. Kindly take necessary action and request your help on this.
